By popular demand, the Fairview & District Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to be hosting Mechanical Bull Riding Championships, Main Street, Fairview at this years Summers End Festival on Saturday, August 24, 2024.

Our goal for this event is simple; cultivate community spirit through some good-old-fashioned, friendly competition!!!

Come out and have some fun & WIN town-wide bragging rights as the best rider in town and so much more!

HOW IT WORKS!

The F&D Chamber Mechanical Bull Riding Championships is a one handed, 8 second endurance riding competition with multiple rounds in various categories.

The intention of this event is to make it a fun experience for all riders by starting all competitors on the lowest riding setting. If competitors keep their free hand up and in the air, and stay on the bull for 8 seconds they will qualify to ride in the next round. The ride setting will become more challenging with each round. The final competitor to complete the 8 seconds or best time in a round will be named Mechanical Bull Riding Champion in their category!

EVENT DETAILS:

11:30 AM: Competition Registration Opens * For those who have not pre-registered

12:00 PM: Open Rides | $5.00 * Rides may also be available in between competitions, depending on time frame.

1:00 PM: Community Service Leaders | $20 | 50/50

1:30 PM: Youth (12 & Under) | $10 | WIN Championship Plaque

2:00 PM: Teen (13-17) | $20 | 50/50

2:30 PM: Adult (18+) | $20 | 50/50

3:00 PM: Business Community | $50 per entry or $100 for a Team of upto 4 | WIN – Tap into Fairview App Splash Screen Ad (1 month – every open), Table of 8 to 2024 Business Awards and 20×15 second Christmas Greeting Ads (Sponsored by Peace River Broadcasting) – Total Package Valued at over $1000

All riders are required to sign a waiver.
Competitors under the age of 18 will require a parent/guardian signature.

PLEASE REGISTER AT MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO COMPETITION TIME. SPACE IS LIMITED!
