The Fairview & District Chamber of Commerce has been supporting business and strengthening our community since 1977. The policies and programs of the Chamber are determined by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership.
Directors are expected to attend regular monthly meetings (third Thursday of month @ 12 PM), sit on at least one committee or task force, and be active participants of Chamber events. Each elected Director (9 in total) will serve a one-year term commencing April 21st, 2022.
To be eligible for nomination to the Fairview & District Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors the nominee must be a member, (or authorized representative of a member business) in good standing with the Fairview & District Chamber of Commerce.
To be eligible to nominate a member for the Fairview & District Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors the nominator must be a member, (or authorized representative of a member business) in good standing with the Fairview & District Chamber of Commerce.
For a Nomination Form to be considered valid the following is required:
* Nominee Information & Signature
* Nominator Information & Signature
* Must be submitted to the Chamber Office no later than Thursday February 24th @ 5 PM
Once Nominations Form is received by the Chamber Office, the nominee will be notified to provide the following:
* A brief autobiographical statement no more than 300 words
* A recent photo or headshot

Election will take place during the Fairview & District of Chamber Annual General Meeting to be held at the Dunvegan Inn & Suites on Thursday March 17, 2022. AGM Registration Opens on February 17, 2022.
